Luesink Stenstrom Financial is a Registered Investment Management and Financial Planning company. We use the Life Planning approach and look beyond money, at your values and what really is important in your life. Then we determine how your money and your resources can help you achieve this. Investments: we manage your investments, so you have time for other activities. We keep your goals in mind and customize the approach for each client. Retirement planning: We help clients plan for a financially secure retirement, understand which income and expenses to expect in your retirement years and planning for longevity. Transitions: Loss of spouse, divorce, getting married, retirement, illness or other. She helps you through this turbulent time and shape the next phase of your life into the life you want. International Financial Planning - FP issues are different when you have a foreign back ground, or want to retire abroad. We know this from personal experience and works with other experts in this field to provide the best services for clients.

Financial Advisor Experience

Anja Luesink, MBA CFP® RLP® CeFT® is managing partner in Luesink Stenstrom Financial, Anja has been working in Finances since 2005, and started her independent firm in 2008. She is a Financial Life Planner, trained at the Kinder Institute for Life Planning. She has been very active in teaching financial planning, first Retirement Planning at NY University in the CFP® Program. Then she focused on low-income groups that needed financial advice and planning through the FPA Pro Bono committee, eventually serving as Director of Pro Bono at the NYC chapter and later Pro Bono Chair at the National FPA organization. She currently is teaching victims of domestic violence and mentoring younger planners. She realizes that money has two sides, the technical side and the personal side. The personal side often drives decisions and that's what makes clients and advice so diverse. To better address this side in the financial planning work she became a Certified Financial Transitionist® trained at the Sudden Money Institute.
